Robert Senh is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in trust and estate matters. Robert emphasizes clear communication, ensuring clients understand their options at every stage of a case. As a result, his clients are able to resolve matters through settlement when possible, or through strong trial advocacy when necessary.
Before joining Acuna ❖ Regli, Robert built a robust family law practice representing clients in complex matters involving high-asset estates, closely held businesses, real property, and inheritance issues. He is a State Bar of California Certified Family Law Specialist, reflecting both his expertise and his proven litigation record. His work frequently involved collaboration with forensic accounting and valuation experts to address fiduciary duties, asset division, tax-efficient wealth transfers, and business valuation issues.
Robert earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington. He was admitted to the State Bar of California during 2009 and is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
